United Kingdom and Scotland-

Shipping starts from only £3.50, depending on location and weight of parcel.

All orders are sent tracked vvia royal mail tracked 48 hour.  Despatch is approximately 2-3 working day, and are estimated 2-3 days once despatched. Although this isn't guaranteed, please allow upto 7 working days before contacting. If your package is delayed and tracking isn't updating, you can contact royal mail directly for more detailed updates. 

 

All other countries-

Prices vary, please head to checkout for costs. (Apologies for the high shipping costs, we make no money on shipping and wish we could offer it much cheaper!! :'-( ).

Tracked shipping will be tracked from despatch until delivery. 

 Custom charges!!!- these are dependent on your country and most of the time are avoided. But if you do receive extra charges, this is on the customer to pay for!! Refunds will NOT be given if you decide not to pay any extra charges. 

 

RETURNS

We do not accept returns or refunds once orders have been placed due to hygiene reasons on most items!!! Any items that are returnable, will be refunded with store credit ONLY. Returns must be completed within 14 days of the original purchase. The buyer is responsible for all returns cost, we suggest using a tracked postage service, we are not responsible for the loss of any returns parcel. We do not accept returns with items that have been worn, used, or tags removed.
