Shipping starts from only £3.99, depending on location and weight of parcel.
All UK orders are sent tracked via royal mail tracked 48 hour. Despatch is approximately 2-3 working day, and are estimated 2-3 days once despatched. ( NI CAN ONLY BE SHIPPED GIA YODEL!) Although this isn't guaranteed, please allow upto 7 working days before contacting. If your package is delayed and tracking isn't updating, you can contact royal mail directly for more detailed updates.

RETURNS
Returns & Cancellations
We hope you love your order, but if you change your mind you can return eligible items within 14 days of delivery by contacting us via email.
Items must be:
- Unused and in their original condition.
- Returned with all original tags attached.
- Free from marks, odours, pet hair or other signs of use.
Customers are responsible for return postage costs for change-of-mind returns.
If an item has been handled more than necessary to inspect it, or is returned in a condition that reduces its resale value, we may and have the right to reduce the refund to reflect the loss in value, at our discretion.
Faulty Items
If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us as soon as possible with photographs. We will ask you to return the item so it can be inspected.
If we confirm the item has a manufacturing fault, we will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with your consumer rights, which may include a repair, replacement or refund via store credit.
